I am a grade 8 teacher in Wasaga Beach, entering my 19th year of teaching. I live in Collingwood with my family and am an avid Toronto sports fan. My interest and experience in the business of our union began when I attended my first Annual Meeting as a delegate in Toronto 6 years ago and have done so each summer since. I am excited to continue my involvement in our local as I begin my second term as the Steward and Goodwill chair for the 2021/2023 school years. In addition to being the Steward Chair, a key role of mine is as Goodwill Chair for Scetf where I offer messages and small gifts of goodwill to our members to acknowledge important life events.
